Call for Proposals: Independent Evaluation of the Sheffield Innovation Spine

We are seeking proposals to deliver an independent evaluation of the first phase of the Sheffield Innovation Spine.

Deadline for proposals is midnight on 25th March 2026 and there is a budget up to £10k.

The Sheffield Innovation Spine is a two‑year project with a 20‑year ambition to create the case for investment in the city’s innovation infrastructure (including lab and office space for knowledge‑intensive companies), catalysing innovation‑led growth in Sheffield city centre. The purpose of this call is to appoint an external evaluator to deliver a proportionate evaluation that meets partner needs; covering process, outcomes, and value, and generating practical lessons for the next phase of the Spine.
